Offset Printing
Our range of modern Manroland offset machinery gives us the ability to meet our customers needs. Our machines are equipped with densitometric control systems which guarantee stability of print.

• 8 Colour B1 Manroland 700
• 6 Colour B1 Manroland 700 with two varnish stations
• 5 Colour B2 Manroland 500 with varnish station
• 2 Colour B2 Heidelberg
We also have A series Zirkon 6610 and ULTRASET 71 B series cold set equipment and Sakurai Maestro 80 and Sitomasz semi automatic B1 screen printing machines.
Digital Printing
Short-run digital printing of paperback or hardback books produced to the highest quality is for many publishers the most cost effective way forward. It can help to avoid high print and storage costs and can be used to test the market before committing to a full scale conventional print run.
With print runs from as low as one book, digital printing allows you to keep in full control of costs.
For full colour printing we use our Xerox Color XC1000 machines and for mono printing our Xerox Nuvera 288 E machines.
Bookbinding & Finishing
Our modern in house binding operation is equipped with the latest machinery from leading manufacturers such as Kolbus and Muller Martini, enabling us to offer sewn, glued, wire stitch, Wire-O and otabind bindings.
Paperbacks with or without flaps, hardbacks with PLC or cloth coverings, jackets, ribbons and head and tail bands are all available.
Print finishes include offset and UV varnishing, lamination, hot foil, embossing and debossing.
